Every year I get questions like the following… “You aren’t eating turkey?”  “What are you going to eat on Thanksgiving?” “Oh, are you going to have some tofurkey?”  The answers are no, a lot and no! 😉  I was super excited to put together this post of some amazing vegetarian (some vegan and gluten free too!) recipes for our followers.  Whether you are a vegetarian or someone who needs to bring along something to a family feast this year, these delicious recipes are sure to please! 🙂
