North Phoenix Moms Blog Brunch 1The next restaurants may not have Mother’s Day specific menus but they sure are delicious!  So, if you’re looking for something a little less formal (and pricey) but still packed with flavor, try one of these great places for brunch in Phoenix.

North Phoenix Moms Blog’s Favorites:

Chestnut

My go-to order at Chestnut is the Scramble along with some Mama’s Cold Brew.  Their bacon is scrumptious and a little bit of heaven must go into that MCB creamer.  Looking for something a little more decadent?  Try their Lemon Ricotta Waffles or Banana Bread Pancakes.  They also have a variety of healthy, lighter options.

Vovomeena

You won’t leave Vovomeena hungry with things like the B.M.O.C. on the menu (I believe that stands for Big Man On Campus).  It comes with a massive pork chop, waffle, 2 eggs and a Portuguese doughnut served with apple maple syrup.  Everything I have tried on their menu is delicious!  Not the place for you if you are trying to watch what you eat.

Richardson’s

The best Bloody Marys in town!   And with brunch served everyday ’til 4pm, Richardson’s offers a menu packed full of flavor and big portions.  The benedicts are to die for, and so are the enchiladas!!!  But honestly, this is another restaurant, where I have loved every item I have ordered.

Crudo

Looking for something a little nicer?  You must try Crudo!  Their menu is divided into two categories: eggs and not eggs.  And their breakfast starters will have you wanting to come back for more before you even hit the main course. My family’s favorite: Bread Pudding and Preserves. Served in little jars along with 2 pieces of grilled bread, it is culinary perfection.

Snooze

What’s not to love about Snooze?  You could eat here on the regular and order something different every time!   Their twists on the Eggs Benedict (they call it the Art of Hollandaise) are amazing!!!  I highly recommend the Chilaquiles Benedict and the Chile Verde Benny.  The best part?  If you can’t decide on one, you can choose half-and-half, and order two!

O.H.S.O

If having a beverage at noon is at the top of your brunch to-do list, you cannot beat O.H.S.O.’s $10 brunches.  All served with a 10 oz AZ Beer or Mimosa!  And their Biscuits and Beer Gravy… mm mm good. They also offer a Training Wheels menu for the little ones at only $4.99.
