Grandparents Day Printable – My Hand On This Heart

With Grandparents Day coming up quick I put together a fun printable that you can use for a sweet gift to those special family members in your littles’ lives. I kept it pretty simple with the design to allow for some coloring space or you can add an adorable handprint like we did… which is always a home run if you ask me. The phrase is simple but oh so sweet…

Here is my hand, on this heart. To think of me, when we are apart.”

Because who wouldn’t want this hang in their home?! I jazzed mine up and made it gold with the amazing minc! machine by Heidi Swapp. The printable for this is actually black and white but just as cute as you can see below.

What you’ll need for this project:

• Printable DOWNLOAD HERE (Background: Plain, Lines, Cross, Circles)
• Paint (I used Martha Steward Chalkpaint for the flat look)
• Paint Brush
• Marker
• minc! machine + foil + scissors for the foil version

Once printed on card stock I ran it throughout the minc! machine to really make this project stand out.

Already looking FAB!

Have your little add their name and age so grandparents can look back on it.

Then add paint to their hand and that’s all there is to it. Pretty simple project but CRAZY CUTE! Will use this project for your loved ones?
