Teacher appreciation week is May 1st-5th. Shopping for teachers can be tough, maybe you’re not quite sure what they like or what their style is, or maybe you aren’t in the position to spend a lot on a gift but really want to show your child’s teacher how appreciative you are for all they do!

I’ll be honest, it’s been a while since I was last in a mall, but I’m definitely coming back to Arizona Mills. With all the stores they have, it’s definitely a “one-stop shop” and it made my Teacher Appreciation shopping so easy! Below, I’ve selected a variety of ideas for Teacher Appreciation Week, ranging from just over $3 up to $25 per gift. Some gifts can be modified price wise by simply removing items, or you can always grab a mall gift card and send the teacher shopping too!

5 Easy on the Pocket Gift Ideas for Teacher Appreciation Week:

1) Cupcakes/Sweets – Who doesn’t love a good treat? And just look at this one! It’s from Sweet Daddy Cupcakes and it’s just begging to be eaten. You can buy one for $3.50 or 4 for $12.

Let’s also not forget about the amazing Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory! We all know apples have a history of making great gifts for teachers, so what better than a caramel dipped apple with sprinkles on it for teacher appreciation? Add one of these adorable printable tags to this delicious gift and you’re set!

2) Coffee/Tea – You can’t go wrong with caffeine as a gift for someone who works tirelessly and with 25+ kids EVERY DAY. Fill a Starbucks mug with chocolates/candies from Fuzziwigs, a chocolate dipped pretzel from Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, and a gift card for $10.

We didn’t forget about the tea drinkers out there! Here’s a simple gift we pulled together by grabbing this ceramic travel mug ($5!!!) from At Home, filled with Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf tea packets, and peppermint sticks from Fuzziwigs. Hang this cute tea printable on it for a touch of added cuteness!

3) Pampering – Sometimes a simple gift reminding someone to take time for themselves can go a long way. Here we have two options we collected from Bath and Body Works. (Currently, they are having a Buy 2 Get 1 Free for select body care.) We grabbed the True Blue Spa 60-Second Manicure Scrub, Paraffin Super Softening Hand Lotion and a nail polish from Neiman Marcus Last Call and wrapped it up in a cute bag with this simple thank you tag (you can also use this printable). This makes for a great manicure for a teacher!

Spa – If you want to spend a little more money you can go the body/spa route and grab the True Blue Spa Citrus Body Scrub, a body sponge, and add a candle from Neiman Marcus Last Call. We found this cute box at the At Home store (they have a major selection) that can double as storage for their home or desk. I loved this printable with all the words describing teachers. You could use it for almost any gift!

4) Herb Garden – Sometimes you’ll get a teacher who doesn’t drink caffeine, is picky about products, or maybe doesn’t like or is allergic to chocolate. For those teachers, we put together an adorable herb garden with herb shears. This perfect box was found at At Home. I had three half pints (8 oz) mason jars that fit perfectly and the herbs were purchased at Home Depot. Adding one of these tags could put just a bit more fun into the gift, depending on the herbs you purchase.

I hope this selection gives you some ideas as to what to get at Arizona Mills for Teacher Appreciation Week. Teachers work hard every day to help kids learn and succeed both academically and socially. They deserve recognition and even a small thank you note from you and your child can be enough. Let’s remind them that they are making a difference in the lives of our kids!
