We were right in the middle of a big move and were living in transition between houses. So cooking any kind of fancy or elaborate dinner was out of the question! This mama was tapped out. Each meal was literally as easy as opening the package and popping it in the oven (or microwave if you are TOTALLY out of time). Easy peasy lemon squeezy!
